Each bento plate is hand made by local artisans in Petén, Guatemala using sustainably harvested wood. Collaboration with artisans from the region helps them to achieve financial independence and empower with economic and education opportunities.

• Jobillo wood - The warm tones of the exotic wood emanate a wonderful sense of depth, orange with dark stripes it is also known as tigerwood.
• Granadillo wood - Often likened to Rosewood for its reddish brown color, it is handsome and subdued.
• Ziricote wood - Native to the countries of Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico, this deep brown wood with landscape grain lines is a work of art.
